Training for Emergency Situations is Crucial

In my experience, regular training sessions for emergency scenarios are often overlooked in the fast food sector. Just last month, we implemented a bi-monthly drill that significantly improved our team’s response time to potential fire hazards. I want to hear how others are prioritizing similar training at their locations — what strategies have worked for you?

I totally agree that regular training’s a game-changer — last month, we started doing surprise drills and it really kept everyone on their toes. I’d suggest tracking improvement metrics after each drill to see what’s working best. What types of drills have you found to be the most effective?
