Anyone else doing nugget math at 10:58 pm and discovering a mysterious 3% “employee sampling factor”? I set a sauce packet par of 240 in the POS and added a condiment check at changeover, yet honey mustard still evaporates — what’s your funniest, -effective trick to curb condiment shrink without becoming the napkin police?
